Dr. Webb sees patients at our New Bedford, Hyannis, and Falmouth offices.
Christopher Webb, DMD, MSD, is a Board Certified periodontist specializing in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal disease, dental implant placement, and advanced oral reconstructive procedures.
Dr. Webb earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, Specialty Certificate in Periodontology, and Masters of Science in Dentistry (MSD) from Boston University, graduating with highest honors (Summa Cum Laude). His advanced training has provided extensive expertise in both surgical and non-surgical periodontal therapies, as well as complex implant and reconstructive procedures. Dr. Webb is Board Certified in Periodontology and Dental Implant Surgery by the American Board of Periodontology.
His clinical expertise includes:
- Periodontal and bone reconstruction procedures
- Surgical extraction and bone regeneration
- Sinus augmentation (sinus lift) procedures
- Soft tissue grafting and treatment of gingival recession
- Management of complex dental implant cases and full-arch rehabilitation
Dr. Webb is committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care utilizing the latest advancements in periodontology and implant dentistry. By incorporating laser-assisted therapy, minimally-invasive treatment approaches, and microsurgical techniques, he is able to achieve predictable clinical outcomes while enhancing patient comfort.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Webb has contributed to the field through research focused on optimizing dental implant placement methodologies. He also served as a clinical instructor in the Department of Periodontology at Boston University until 2023, where he helped educate and mentor future dental professionals.
Dr. Webb is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Southeast District Dental Society, The Massachusetts Dental Society, and the American Academy of Periodontology; and a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology.
Outside of the office, Dr. Webb enjoys spending time with his family on Cape Cod, offshore fishing, and hockey, having served as captain of his collegiate hockey team.
